Ten minutes. Desk or vanity.

Vital's standard session is 10 minutes at 16 to 24 inches. The presets run closer, at 6 to 12 inches, and set their own length. At 10 lbs on its tabletop stand, it sits on a desk, counter or vanity and moves between rooms.

01Position

On a desk or vanity, on the stand that ships installed. 16 to 24 inches out for a standard session, 6 to 12 inches when a preset calls for it.
02Set

Pick a preset on the side touchscreen. Each one sets the wavelength mix, pulse frequency and session length. The Vital app adds over 100 more, plus your own.
03Run

Ten minutes is the standard session, with a 20-minute auto shut-off. Wear the included eyewear while near-infrared is on. The touchscreen remote shown is the Vital Remote add-on. The box carries a basic remote.

How far should I sit from the panel?

Vital lists 16 to 24 inches for a standard 10-minute session. The presets run closer, at 6 to 12 inches, and set their own length. Closer covers a smaller area at higher intensity.

Do I need eye protection?

Yes, and protective eyewear ships in the box. Vital says to wear it whenever near-infrared is on, and not to look directly into the LEDs.

Can I use it on my face?

At 12.5 by 8.5 inches it is sized for the face, hands and single joints, one area at a time. On its tabletop stand it sits at desk or vanity height. Wear the included eyewear.

Does it come with a stand?

Yes. A tabletop stand is pre installed. It also takes a wall mount.

What is the difference between this and the Elite 2.0?

Same nine wavelengths. The Pro 2.0 is desk sized with 72 diodes and 360 W for one area at a time. The Elite 2.0 is a full body panel with 216 diodes and 1,080 W.

What do the presets do?

Six presets run from the touchscreen on the side of the panel. Each one sets the wavelength mix, pulse frequency and session length for you. The Vital app, made for the 2.0 series, adds over 100 more programs, your own custom ones and scheduled sessions.

Is the touchscreen remote included?

No. The box carries a basic remote that runs on a CR2032 coin battery. The touchscreen Vital Remote, with a rechargeable battery, is a separate add-on you can select above.

What is the irradiance rating?

Vital rates it at 150 to 210 mW/cm2. That is a manufacturer figure. Ask for a third party report if you are comparing panels.

Is a warranty included?

Three years, with a 30 day return window.

How is it shipped?

Vital ships it from Florida, direct to your address. Shipping is free in the continental U.S.

What if I need to return it?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it, and a 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns. The panel must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is on the customer. Items that arrive defective or damaged carry no restocking fee; report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
