Overview
One-person FAR infrared sauna. 7 heaters. ETL and cETL Listed. Standard 120V outlet. No electrician required.
Solid Canadian hemlock construction with 7 FAR infrared heaters reaching up to 140°F. ETL Listed and cETL Listed for electrical safety compliance, two independently verified certifications. Integrated bench seating, tempered glass door, LED lighting, interior control panel with adjustable temperature and timer, air vent, and audio connectivity jacks. Standard 120V / 15A household outlet. No dedicated circuit or electrician required.
FAR Infrared Heat
FAR infrared heaters warm the body directly rather than heating the surrounding air first, producing a deep heat response at lower ambient temperatures than a traditional sauna. The recommended session range is 120–140°F for 15–25 minutes.
ETL and cETL Safety Certification
This sauna carries both ETL Listed and cETL Listed certifications, independently tested and verified by Electrical Testing Laboratories for electrical safety compliance in the United States and Canada respectively. These are two of the most recognized third-party safety certifications for electrical appliances in North America.

SPECIFICATION
What you are buying.
-
Seven FAR infrared heaters
Carbon panels at back, sides and calf level, 1,700W total, reaching 140°F. Infrared warms the body directly rather than heating the air first.
-
Standard 120V outlet
15A household circuit. No dedicated line, no panel upgrade and no electrician before first use.
-
ETL and cETL Listed
Independently tested by Electrical Testing Laboratories against US and Canadian electrical safety standards. Two separate certifications.
-
Solid Canadian hemlock
Low-resin and close-grained, so it stays comfortable against skin at temperature and does not off-gas the way softwoods can.
-
Interior control panel
Temperature and session timer set from inside the cabin, with LED lighting and audio input. Sessions run 15–25 minutes at 120–140°F.
-
Spans the studied infrared band
Adjustable from 68°F to 140°F, covering the 95–122°F (35–50°C) cabin range used in infrared sauna research (Mero et al., SpringerPlus, 2015, PMID 26180741). Sessions of 15–25 minutes sit inside the 5–20 minute exposure studied by Laukkanen et al., JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015, PMID 25705824.
HOW A SESSION RUNS
A session, start to finish.

Preheat
15 minutes. Set the temperature on the interior panel and let the cabin come up. Seven carbon heaters, no water, no steam, nothing to plumb.
Heat
15–25 minutes at 120–140°F. FAR infrared warms the body directly rather than heating the air first, so the deep heat response arrives at a lower ambient temperature.
Cool down
10 minutes. Open the door, sit, rehydrate. Cool-down is part of the protocol, not an afterthought, and it is where most of the adaptation is consolidated.
BUILD
Made to be used every day.

Seven FAR infrared heaters
Carbon panels set behind the slats at back, sides and calf level, so the heat reaches you evenly rather than from one wall.
Interior control panel
Temperature and timer from inside the cabin, plus LED lighting and audio input. You do not get up to change anything.
Solid Canadian hemlock
Hemlock is low-resin and close-grained, so it stays comfortable against skin at temperature and does not off-gas the way softwoods can.
