Aroldo De La Cruz, MD — Founder
There is a measurable gap between professionals who sustain a high level of output into their 50s and 60s and those who don't. Genetics is part of it. So is what they do consistently to maintain it — and that part is within their control.
The peer-reviewed research on heat, cold, and light exposure documents the mechanisms. The protocols are not new. A catalog built to the specifications those protocols require — presented without wellness language or inflated claims — is.
That is Peak Regenerate.
I trained and am licensed as a physician in Mexico.
We do not manufacture what we sell. We evaluate what already exists against the parameters the research specifies — temperature ranges, wavelengths, session thresholds — and we carry what clears the bar. Products that don't meet spec don't make the catalog. That is the standard — not aesthetics, not margin, not brand recognition.
Whatever brought you here, the standard is the same for every product we carry.
Our Mission
Most recovery tools are designed to look good on Instagram. Peak Regenerate was built for a different purpose.
If you are a physician, executive, athlete, or professional whose output determines real outcomes for real people, you need recovery that operates at the same standard as your work: a system, not a spa visit.
Every product we carry is evaluated against one standard: does the published research support it? Saunas that reach the heat-exposure thresholds the research is built on. Cold plunges that hold consistent temperatures. Red light panels with the irradiance the research is built on.
Peak Regenerate exists to supply that system: the equipment your protocol runs on.
The standard we buy against
We do not manufacture anything we sell. We evaluate equipment against the parameters the published research specifies — cabin temperature, session duration and frequency, water temperature, wavelength — and we carry what clears the bar. These are the four criteria we apply, with the studies they come from.

Infrared Saunas
Evaluated against the cabin temperature range studied in infrared sauna research: 95–122°F (35–50°C) (Mero et al., SpringerPlus, 2015, PMID 26180741).

Traditional Saunas
Evaluated on session duration and frequency. 5–20 minutes. Up to 4–7 times weekly (Laukkanen et al., JAMA Intern Med, 2015, PMID 25705824).

Cold Plunges
Evaluated on their ability to hold a consistent water temperature in the 50–59°F (10–15°C) range studied in cold-immersion research (Šrámek et al., Eur J Appl Physiol, 2000, PMID 10751106), with immersion time informed by water-temperature and duration research (Machado et al., Sports Med, 2016, PMID 26581833).

Red Light Panels
Evaluated on wavelength accuracy at 660nm and 850nm, the wavelengths studied in photobiomodulation research (Salehpour et al., Mol Neurobiol, 2018, PMID 29327206).
