DeepTime Fiber Core All-In — Cold Plunge with Built-In Chiller Sale price$4,328.97
Overview

Fiber-core cold plunge that heats as well as cools. 34°F to 104°F, 1HP chiller, ozone and two-stage filtration, Wi-Fi control.

One tub for both ends of the protocol. A 1HP chiller takes it to 34°F and a 1kW heater takes it to 104°F, so the same shell does contrast work without a second purchase. Everything runs from a Wi-Fi touchscreen or the app.

Both directions, one tub

34°F to 104°F. Cooling 300 litres from 68°F to 37°F takes about three and a half hours at a 77°F ambient — the figure worth knowing, because a chiller's horsepower means little without a volume and a starting temperature attached to it.

Two-stage filtration and ozone

A 20 micron / 40 mesh two-stage filter with a 150W circulation pump and ozone sterilisation. Three filter cartridges ship with it. The unit is IPX5 rated and runs at about 50 dB, which is quiet for a compressor.

HOW A SESSION RUNS

A session, start to finish.

Nothing to plumb, nothing to drain, nothing to schedule around.

Cold Plunge Fiber Core All-In
  1. Set and hold

Set the temperature and let the chiller bring the water down. From room temperature expect around three and a half hours to reach plunge temperature. Once it is at temperature it stays there, which is the entire argument for a chiller over ice.

  2. Get in

Exhale on entry and keep breathing slowly — the gasp reflex is the part to manage. Two to three minutes is a normal working session; there is no prize for longer.

  3. Get out and rewarm

Dry off and let your body rewarm on its own rather than jumping straight into a hot shower. Shivering is expected and is part of the response.

A cool-down time you can actually plan around

300 litres from 68°F to 37°F in about three and a half hours at a 77°F ambient. Horsepower alone tells you nothing without the volume and the starting temperature.

FAQ

Does it heat as well as cool?

Yes. A 1kW heater is integrated alongside the 1HP chiller, giving a range of 34°F to 104°F — cold plunge and warm soak from the same tub.

How long does it take to cool down?

About three and a half hours to bring 300 litres from 68°F to 37°F at a 77°F ambient temperature. A hotter room, or a warmer starting point, lengthens that.

What electrical supply does it need?

1.19 kW on a 16A grounded fixed socket. The manufacturer requires a leakage protection switch on the circuit — worth confirming with an electrician before delivery.

How is the water filtered?

Two-stage filtration at 20 micron and 40 mesh, driven by a 150W circulation pump, with ozone sterilisation. Three filter cartridges are supplied.

Is it noisy?

Rated at 50 dB, which is quiet for a compressor — roughly the level of a domestic fridge.

Who should not use a cold plunge?

Do not plunge alone, and never after alcohol. Cold immersion causes an immediate gasp reflex and a sharp rise in heart rate and blood pressure — anyone with a cardiovascular condition, arrhythmia, or uncontrolled blood pressure needs physician clearance first.

Raynaud's, cold urticaria, peripheral neuropathy and pregnancy are all reasons to speak to a doctor before starting. Build exposure gradually rather than starting at the coldest setting.
