The Vital Elite is a full body red light panel that runs four wavelengths, 630 and 660 nanometers in the red and 830 and 850 in the near infrared, across 210 five watt anti flicker diodes. Rated power is 1,050 watts. Controls are manual: pick red, near infrared, or both, set the 10 minute timer, and stand in front of it. A wall bracket and a door mount are both in the box.

How to Use
Hang the panel on the wall bracket or the door mount, or set it on the BootStand, and plug it into a standard outlet. Stand 16 to 24 inches away, select red, near infrared, or both, and start the 10 minute timer. Closer covers less area at higher intensity; further back covers more of the body at once. The panel shuts off on its own at 10 minutes.
