02 · Session
Heat it, sit, step out.
The heater brings the barrel up to temperature with the door closed. Four people share two facing benches, and the glass front keeps the view open the whole time.

Two 62.8 in benches face each other, so four people share the room. Close the door behind you so the barrel holds its temperature.

Step out through the same door. One of the two floor drains sits near it for water brought in from a plunge or pool. Leave the door open a few minutes to air the barrel.

E7G or CL3G?
Both are SaunaLife Thermo-Spruce cabins with Thermo-Aspen benches, a full glass front and LED lighting. The E7G is a barrel that seats four on two facing benches. The CL3G is a cube for two on an L-shaped bench. Choose on how many people use it at once, and on the heater and site each one needs.

01 · Seating
Four seats, facing each other.
Two curved Thermo-Aspen benches, each 62.8 in wide and 20.5 in deep, with arched backrests and 1.1 in slats. Everyone sits across from someone instead of shoulder to shoulder in a row.
02 · Glass
Glass where the wall would be.
A closed barrel can feel like sitting in a wooden box. The whole E7G front is tempered bronze glass, door included (5/16 in thick, 23.2 x 66.5 in), so you look out at the yard.
03 · Included
The lighting is in the box.
Lighting is not a second order after checkout: every E7G includes a white LED light bar (24V DC, IP67 fixture) with Wi-Fi app and handheld remote control. Pick a heater in the buy box, or none if you already own one.

Heater and Electrical
- The E7G comes with your choice of heater above, bundled into the price, or skip it if you already have one.
- SaunaLife retailers recommend a heater in the 6 to 8 kW range for the E7G.
- Interior volume is about 170 cu ft (4.8 m3), calculated from the 77.2 in diameter and 62.8 in depth. The full glass front wall loses heat faster than wood, so choose a heater whose published room-size range sits above the volume-only figure.
- Most electric sauna heaters need a 240V hardwired circuit. Confirm the voltage and breaker size on the heater you choose, and have a licensed electrician do the wiring.
- The LED lighting runs from its own power supply on a dedicated 120V outlet.
Assembly and Delivery
- Arrives as a do-it-yourself kit on one wooden pallet by LTL freight, delivered by appointment. Two people can assemble it in about a day using the included instructions.
- The carrier delivers curbside and lowers the pallet to ground level. Panels are moved to the build site by hand, and most pieces are manageable by two people.
- The installation manual lists these tools: circular saw, measuring tape, marker, level, drill, crescent wrench, utility knife, rubber mallet, ratchet strap, hammer, and a silicone gun for the glass wall.
- Place the barrel on a level, stable surface. It rests on two spruce cradles.
