How to Use
Position the panel 3 to 18 inches from the area being treated, depending on session length and coverage desired — closer for a shorter, more concentrated session, further back to cover more of the body at once. Start with 10 minutes once a day, and increase toward 20 minutes after the first week if desired. Do not exceed three sessions a day.
Wear the included eye mask if the panel is positioned near face level. The built-in cooling fan runs automatically during operation — this is normal.

A session, start to finish.

Position

Run
10 minutes to start, once a day. Wear the included eye mask if the panel sits near face level.
Build
After the first week, extend toward 20 minutes if desired. Three sessions a day is the ceiling.
