Fire All-In-One — Residential Cold Plunge with Built-In Chiller Sale price$4,942.58
Overview

Residential cold plunge with a built-in compressor. Cools to 33°F, ozone sanitation, no plumbing and no external chiller.

The coldest unit in this range and the simplest to install: the compressor is inside the tub, so there is no separate chiller box, no hoses to route and nothing to plumb. It runs on a standard GFCI household outlet.

33°F, which is as cold as water gets

Water freezes at 32°F. A unit rated to 33°F is running at the practical floor, which matters because the gap between 40°F and 34°F is where most of the protocol literature sits. Ambient operating range is -20°F to 120°F, so it will hold temperature in an unheated garage in winter.

Nothing to plumb

Built-in compressor, chlorine-free ozone disinfection and filtration in one shell. The liner is FDA-certified non-toxic material and the unit is heavily insulated, which is what keeps the compressor duty cycle — and the running cost — down.

HOW A SESSION RUNS

A session, start to finish.

Nothing to plumb, nothing to drain, nothing to schedule around.

All-In-One
  1. Set and hold

Set the temperature and let the chiller bring the water down. It is rated to 33°F, so the useful range is entirely yours to choose. Once it is at temperature it stays there, which is the entire argument for a chiller over ice.

  2. Get in

Exhale on entry and keep breathing slowly — the gasp reflex is the part to manage. Two to three minutes is a normal working session; there is no prize for longer.

  3. Get out and rewarm

Dry off and let your body rewarm on its own rather than jumping straight into a hot shower. Shivering is expected and is part of the response.

All-In-One

Rated to run in an unheated garage

Ambient operating range is -20°F to 120°F. Most units quote a water temperature and stay quiet about the room; this one states both.

FAQ

How cold does it actually get?

33°F. Water freezes at 32°F, so this is running at the practical floor — there is no meaningful colder.

Do I need to plumb it in?

No. The compressor, filtration and ozone sanitation are all built into the shell. It needs a standard 110–120V GFCI outlet and nothing else.

Can it live in a garage?

Yes — the ambient operating range is -20°F to 120°F. Most manufacturers quote a water temperature and stay silent on the room the unit sits in.

How is the water kept clean?

Chlorine-free ozone disinfection plus two filters. A siphon vacuum and skimmer are included for the debris that filtration will not catch.

What is the warranty?

Twelve months as standard, extendable up to four years.

Who should not use a cold plunge?

Do not plunge alone, and never after alcohol. Cold immersion causes an immediate gasp reflex and a sharp rise in heart rate and blood pressure — anyone with a cardiovascular condition, arrhythmia, or uncontrolled blood pressure needs physician clearance first.

Raynaud's, cold urticaria, peripheral neuropathy and pregnancy are all reasons to speak to a doctor before starting. Build exposure gradually rather than starting at the coldest setting.
