Medical Saunas Traditional 7 — 3–4 Person Steam Sauna
Choose options

Overview
Three to four person traditional steam sauna. 8,000W stove to 194°F, dry or steam. Requires a 220–240V, 50-amp circuit.
The largest cabin here at 70.9 inches wide and 921 lbs, with an 8,000W stove that runs dry or wet. It needs 220–240V at 50 amps, hardwired — settle that with an electrician before anything else.
Traditional heat, not infrared
This is a stove and stones cabin reaching 194°F, not an infrared panel cabin running at 150°F. The heat is in the air, which is why it feels different and why it needs real wiring. Pour water on the volcanic rocks with the included bucket and ladle to raise humidity — bucket, rocks and ladle are supplied.
Canadian hemlock, two-wall glass
100% natural Canadian hemlock with a tempered glass door. Hemlock is chosen for traditional cabins because it stays dimensionally stable through repeated heat and humidity cycles and gives off very little aroma at temperature.

HOW A SESSION RUNS
A session, start to finish.
Nothing to plumb, nothing to drain, nothing to schedule around.

Preheat
The stove brings the cabin and the volcanic rocks up together. A traditional cabin takes longer than infrared because the stones are storing the heat you are going to use — set it going and leave it.
Steam
Pour water across the rocks with the ladle. Humidity climbs, the air suddenly reads far hotter on the skin, and the session properly begins. Ten to fifteen minutes is plenty at 194°F.
Cool down
Door open, sit, rehydrate. At traditional temperatures the cool-down matters more than it does in an infrared cabin — do not skip it.
BUILD
Made to be used every day.

Inside the cabin
Benches, backrest and the stove as they sit in the room.

Two-wall glass
Tempered glass across two walls rather than a single door.

Hemlock throughout
100% natural Canadian hemlock, stable through repeated heat and humidity.
