Built for full-body cold immersion at the scale a structured routine requires. At 120 gallons and 35.4" in diameter, it accommodates users up to 6'9" seated upright. The chiller-compatible 1/2-inch inlet and outlet ports connect to most standard water chillers for continuous temperature maintenance without ice replenishment. The inflatable step stool makes entry and exit safe and consistent. The insulated locking lid retains temperature between sessions and keeps water clean. Water chiller is not included and is required to maintain consistent cold temperatures without continuous ice addition.
The commonly used range for cold immersion is 50–59°F (10–15°C). A compatible chiller is required to reach and hold this range consistently.
Construction
The tub is reinforced fiberglass and PVC with a tear-resistant polyester outer layer — structural integrity under load while remaining light enough to deflate and pack into the included carry bag. Total weight is 31.5 lbs deflated. The insulated locking lid uses buckle closures to seal the tub between sessions. The inflatable step stool is included and attaches to the exterior for safe, consistent entry.
Chiller Compatibility
Standard 1/2-inch threaded inlet and outlet ports with two shut-off valves connect to most water chillers on the market. Shut-off valves let you disconnect the chiller without draining the tub. If using ice rather than a chiller, the insulated construction maintains temperature for an extended period, though with higher variability than active chilling.
Portability
Inflates in under 5 minutes with the included hand pump. Deflates and packs into the included carry bag. The 31.5 lb weight and packable design suit home gyms, patios, outdoor spaces, travel, or moving between locations.
Maintenance
After each session: drain completely, wipe interior dry, secure the lid. Weekly: rinse and clean walls and valves; inspect ports and shut-off valves for proper seal. Storage: dry completely before deflating; store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
