Not sure this is the right starting point for your baseline?
The Biological Performance Assessment identifies which protocol tier applies to you — and whether this product is your week-one entry point or a later-stage addition.
Score My Baseline First →Cold plunge and hot tub in one system. 37°F to 104°F. App-controlled. 4-step filtration.
The Inergize Elite is a complete cold and warm water immersion system — not a tub with a basic chiller attached. The 0.8HP industrial-grade compressor reaches 37°F in approximately 3 hours from fill and 104°F in approximately 2.5 hours. The quad-filtration system — ozone, strainer, 20-micron filter, and air filter — keeps water clean for 3–6 months between water changes for most users. Control temperature, schedule sessions, and automate ozone cycles remotely through the Tuya SmartLife app.
Setup takes approximately 15 minutes. No electrician required. Standard 120V/15A grounded outlet.
Why Cold Immersion
Structured cold water immersion has been studied for its effects on post-exercise recovery and autonomic nervous system response. Research by Šrámek et al. (European Journal of Applied Physiology, 2000) documented the norepinephrine response associated with cold immersion at controlled temperatures. Research by Bleakley et al. (Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2012) studied cold water immersion in the context of post-exercise muscle soreness. The Inergize Elite is designed to support structured cold exposure protocols consistent with that published research.
The recommended protocol temperature range for cold immersion research is 50–59°F (10–15°C). This system reaches well below that range — start at a manageable temperature and progress toward protocol temperatures over your first two weeks.
The Chiller
The 0.8HP industrial-grade compressor is housed in an aerospace-grade powder-coated matte black CNC casing. Braided reinforced hoses with metal connections handle the water circulation between the chiller and tub. Built-in wheels and handles allow the chiller unit to be repositioned without disconnecting the system.
Noise level during active cooling is approximately 65 dB — similar to a normal conversation. The unit operates near-silently when idle and maintaining temperature.
4-Step Filtration
Most cold plunge systems filter water at one level. The Inergize Elite filters at four simultaneously — which is why water changes are only required every 3–6 months for most users rather than weekly.
Ozone Sterilization at 167 mg/hr helps maintain water cleanliness between sessions with minimal chemical intervention.
Strainer catches hair, dirt, and debris before they enter the circulation system.
20-Micron Filter captures fine particulate to keep water visibly clear.
Air Intake Filter protects the chiller's internal components from airborne debris — extending the operating lifespan of the compressor.
The Tub
Military-grade drop-stitch construction with 4-inch insulated walls retains temperature efficiently between active chilling cycles. UV-resistant materials throughout make it suitable for outdoor year-round use. The code-lockable insulated lid adds a security layer and significantly improves temperature retention when the tub is not in use.
Internal dimensions of 45" × 21.5" × 30" accommodate users up to 6 feet 5 inches tall and 300 lbs in a reclined position with full torso immersion to neck depth. The 4-foot footprint fits in spaces where larger rigid tubs cannot.
Two stainless steel ball valves allow filter changes without draining the tub — the primary maintenance task between full water changes.

Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or are managing a chronic illness. Do not use cold immersion at extreme temperatures without prior experience and medical clearance. Do not use if you have thermal sensory disturbances or conditions that impair your ability to detect temperature changes. Extreme cold water immersion below 50°F carries meaningful physiological risk — progress gradually and never use alone.
