118-Gallon Cold Plunge Tub — 304 Stainless Steel Interior — Cedar Steps — Insulated Cover — Ready to Use Sale price$1,739.00

Stainless steel construction. Cedar steps. Ships fully assembled. Ready to fill.

This is a rigid, permanent cold plunge tub — not inflatable, not portable. It ships fully assembled and requires no setup beyond placing it in your chosen location and filling it with water. The 304 stainless steel interior is the same grade used in commercial food and medical equipment — durable, non-porous, and easy to clean. The charcoal WPC exterior with stainless steel accents is built for outdoor exposure. The red cedar steps are included.

No chiller connection ports are included on this model. Temperature is maintained through ice addition and the insulated PU leather cover. For consistent protocol-level temperatures, factor in your ice sourcing or pair with an external chilling solution appropriate for your setup.

Why Cold Immersion

Structured cold water immersion has been studied for its effects on post-exercise recovery and autonomic nervous system response. Research by Šrámek et al. (European Journal of Applied Physiology, 2000) documented the norepinephrine response associated with cold immersion at controlled temperatures. Research by Bleakley et al. (Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2012) studied cold water immersion in the context of post-exercise muscle soreness. This tub is designed to support structured cold exposure protocols consistent with that published research.

The recommended protocol temperature range for cold immersion research is 50–59°F (10–15°C).

Construction

The interior is 304 stainless steel — the same material specification used in commercial and medical contexts for its resistance to corrosion and ease of sanitation. The exterior is WPC panel — wood-plastic composite — with stainless steel accent strips. WPC is weather-resistant and does not require the seasonal maintenance that natural wood exteriors demand.

The insulated cover is PU leather with foam filling. It sits on top of the tub between sessions to retain temperature and keep water clean. The red cedar steps are included and attached — no assembly required.

At 250 lbs empty this is a permanent installation. Choose your location before filling.

Design

The vertical round design accommodates one person in an upright seated position. At 31.5 inches internal diameter and 33.5 inches height the tub allows full torso immersion to shoulder level for most users. The vertical format requires a smaller footprint than horizontal tub designs — practical for patios, decks, and outdoor spaces where square footage is limited.

The press-drain outlet at the bottom of the interior drains the tub without siphoning or external equipment. Press down on the outlet to open, release to close.
